Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
• Issues caused by third-party internet service providers (ISP blocks/throttling) can usually be fixed by setting up custom DNS or VPN assistance provided by our team.
• Trial accounts requested on our Free Trial Page do not involve any charges and require no refund processing.

How to Request a Refund
